FM Global: Innovation Center
FM Global wanted to create an Innovation Center at their headquarters in Providence to foster innovation and deepen customer relationships. They wanted a place for customers to explore a widely diverse set of experiential scenarios, coupled with the powerful FM Global tools, to enable a comprehensive solution customized to every customer’s unique requirements.
We had a 2-day session with key stakeholders to reach a final agreement on: 1) the user journey 2) visit components 3) overarching and zone-specific messages 4) interactive and other multimedia solutions to be deployed and 5) project plan and timelines
I developed flows and wireframes for various interactives on this project, including a mobile app, interactive mural, and a living wall.
FM Global was so pleased with the initial results, that they contracted further extensions, including an AR/VR zone.
